What is the minimum order for WonderWash Pickup & Delivery?
The minimum is $20, which is about 11.1 lbs at $1.99/lb. We pick up any amount, so if you only have 8 lbs of laundry, you pay $20. The commercial minimum is 20 pounds.
How fast does WonderWash return my laundry?
We deliver your clothes back within 24 hours of pickup, year-round. If a special request like air drying adds time, we tell you the projected delivery as soon as we can.
Can WonderWash deliver if I'm not home?
Yes. Leave delivery instructions when you place your order, and we leave your clothes in a safe place you choose. You can also pick the delivery window closest to when you will be home.
Who picks up, washes and folds my WonderWash laundry?
Our own staff pick up, deliver, wash and fold your laundry. Every employee is expected to treat your clothes the way they treat their own.
What if something doesn't come back from WonderWash?
Tell us right away and we will start a search. Most missing items turn out to be at home, in the wrong drawer or under a bed. If an item is truly lost, we reimburse you for its full replacement value.
Does WonderWash offer commercial laundry and linen service?
Yes. WonderWash works with hotels and motels, Airbnbs and vacation rentals, chiropractic offices, hair and nail salons, massage studios, day spas, fitness clubs, yoga and Pilates studios, and more. Ask for a quote.
How do I change my pickup address with WonderWash?
Sign in to your WonderWash account, click the account icon, then choose Change Address. You can update your pickup location and leave special instructions for the driver.

Does WonderWash pick up on weekends?
Yes. WonderWash runs pickups and deliveries seven days a week, in two-hour windows from 8am to 8pm.
Does WonderWash offer same-day pickup?
Yes, for an extra charge. Our regular two-hour pickup windows have no extra charge.
Can WonderWash do my laundry a certain way?
Yes. Fragrance-free or hypoallergenic detergent, your own detergent, dryer balls or the dryer sheets you prefer are all free. Special handling that takes more time, like returning your laundry on hangers, costs extra. When you place your order, we explain both.
Does WonderWash do dry cleaning?
No. WonderWash is wash and fold only. We don't dry clean, and we can't press with starch.
Do I need my own laundry bag for WonderWash Pickup & Delivery?
No. Your clean laundry comes back in a WonderWash bag that is yours to keep and use for every order after that. Leave it at your door or hand it to your courier, whichever is easier.
Can I cancel my WonderWash monthly plan?
Yes. Plans are month to month. They are billed automatically, you can cancel any time, and there is no signup fee.
What if my weight goes over my plan?
If your laundry goes over the pounds you prepaid in a month, the extra pounds are charged at our pay as you go rate of $1.99/lb. If you chose The Overload, you pay $1.50/lb for every pound over 200.
What happens to pounds I don't use in a month?
Unused pounds don't roll over. They expire at the end of the month, and your plan starts fresh the next month.
What is the minimum for WonderWash commercial accounts?
The minimum is 20 pounds. We will pick up less than that, but smaller orders are billed at 20 pounds. Ask for a quote.
What does WonderWash charge commercial accounts?
Contact us for commercial rates, since they can change. Tell us your weekly volume and we will send pricing and a pickup schedule, usually within one business day.
